Here’s when Amazon’s Black Friday deals will start

The Black November sales have already started to kick off, but Amazon's is a little while off

Early details of Amazon’s Black Friday Week sale have been announced, with savings previewed for a stack bunch of items including Amazon’s own devices as well as products from top brands including including Ninja, Braun and GHD.

Numerous other electronics are also on sale in addition to other deals across categories such as toys, home, kitchen and more with savings up to 40 or 50 percent on many tech products.

When do Amazon’s deals begin?

Amazon’s Black Friday Week will start at 12.01am on 17 November ad continue through to the end of Cyber Monday, 27 November (yes that is more than a week). Amazon usually has some deals live after those dates, too, in the lead up to Christmas.

And of course, other retailers will also be getting in on the act – we’re hearing about Black Friday offers all the time and we’ll be posting the best deals on this very site:

Some of the Amazon Black Friday deals in recent years have included offers on gadgets from Sony, Bose, Panasonic and more, to home and kitchen deals from Le Creuset, Shark, Tefal and more.

The Amazon device deals will include all the new gear you’d expect them to – in particular Echo Pop and the latest-gen Echo Show 5, Fire TV Stick 4K and Fire TV Stick 4K Max. Plus there should be some great deals on the Fire TV Omni QLED Series, Eero Wi-Fi gear and Kindle Scribe. Plus there will be savings on Ring gear including the Video Doorbell (2nd Gen) and all-new Battery Video Doorbell Plus

Ask Alexa

As well as browsing deals online, you can also ask for deals from any Alexa device. Simply say, “Alexa, what are my deals?” and then make the purchase by saying, “Alexa, buy it for me.” Deals are also compatible with AmazonSmile so you can donate to your favourite charity as you shop.

Amazon UK is also highlighting handmade and small seller items over the next few weeks on its Support Small Storefront – there are plenty of gift ideas available there.

There’s also money off Amazon’s services, too. You can also get three months free if you sign up to Amazon Music Unlimited, Kindle Unlimited or the Audible audiobook service over the coming weeks, in addition to money off movies to buy and rent from Prime Video.
