Oh look, the Galaxy Note 5 and S6 Edge+ have leaked (again)
The only thing we don’t know at this stage, is what they’ll smell like
Scared of starting off the week without a Galaxy Note 5 leak? You’ve got nothing to worry about.
What appear to be genuine press shots of both the Galaxy note 5 and Galaxy Edge+ have cropped up online, courtesy of – who else – Evan Blass, aka @evleaks.
Both handsets match previous spy shots, with designs that appear to be virtually unchanged from the existing Galaxy S6 and Edge devices.
The Note 5, of course, has the S Pen to differentiate itself from its Samsung brothers, and all reports to date suggest that it will auto-eject itself without users manually having to pry it out.
Blass also treats us to some leaked specs. The Note 5 will pack quite a punch, thanks to Samsung’s own octa-core Exynos 7420 processor and a whopping 4GB of RAM.
We’ve got high hopes for the new Note’s 16MP camera too, given the Galaxy S6’s imaging prowess, but media hoarders will be sad to once again hear that no microSD slot will be present.
S6 Edge+ specs aren’t specified in this latest leak, but we expect similar specs (minus the S Pen) and a screen around 5.5 inches in size.
Stay tuned for more Note 5 leaks (we don’t expect them to wind down anytime soon) ahead of its reported 12 August launch.
